Personal Assistant (PA) required for the Chairman&CEO

Qualification Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

* Five years exp. in a well reputed organization inthe same field.

* Arabic speaking, with excellent English (spoken &written).

* Proficient in MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Hard-worker, with excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* Coordinating with senior management affairs atthe head office.

* Handling all internal & external correspondencesincluding, memos, reports, presentations,documents, contracts & others.

* Maintaining efficient & effective executiveschedules.

* Managing all secretarial & confidential issues ofthe Chairman& CEO.
