 Project Director 

• Bachelor degree in either Architectural, Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related discipline 
• with a minimum of 20 years of construction experience, must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex building (residential / commercial) projects worth more than U.S. $500M each, where an International Consultancy Company was involved. 
• Middle East experience is a must. 
• The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with strong personality, would speak fluent Arabic and English and would have a hands on’ approach; 
• strong knowledge in 
o construction; concrete and steel structures; 
o high end finishing and electro -mechanical systems;
o professional knowledge in project management; 
o design and construction management; 
o project costing and control; 
o planning and scheduling; 
o contract administration; 
o construction standards and materials. 


• He must have the following skills: 

o Communication, interpersonal and organizational;
o planning, coordination and follow up; 
o accuracy, ability to track and analyze detailed information; 
o problem solving and ability to work under pressure.


Responsibilities: 

Liaises closely with the client, manages the design and construction phases of this fast track project in accordance with the contract requirements; ensures that the project is executed within budget and schedule; ensures adherence with quality, health and safety standards.
