Bahrain Airport Company S.P.C (BAC) is looking for an individual for the post of Director of Commercial.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Master Degree holder in Business / Public Administration / Public Relations or equivalent.
> Work experience of more than 10 years is needed.
> Experience should include managerial experience in airport planning, business development, public relations or related field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Maximize sustainable revenue for BAC.
> Develop commercial opportunities at the Airport.
> Managing the operations of Bahrain International Airport.
> Develop and maintain relations with the Airport tenants
> Define and implement a profitable commercial and marketing strategy
> Oversee the negotiations and renewal of contracts for Airport tenants, including concessionaires.�
> Direct the administration of the Airport's interior and exterior advertising and promoting companies
> Responsible for direction of public relation programs to create and maintain a favorable national image.
> Recommend selection and training of staff and provide them with professional development assistance
> Develop business plans and marketing programs in Order to consolidate and increase sales activities.
> Promote BAC at the Airport as a successful and attractive place to do business and to access services.
> Build a good image with the media and other external agencies in order to maintain a reputation.
> Facilitate successful commercial partnerships and reputations across aeronautical, retail, property and all other sources of income.
