looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to work in Jeddah.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a post graduation holder in management from a reputed institute.
> Work experience of 15 to 20 years in a FMCG/Food related industry is required.
> Minimum 5 years should be in a position with direct responsibility for P&L and key Business Deliverables.
> Preference to applicants possessing work experience in Saudi Arabia.
> Need demonstrated experience in managing diverse stake holders.
> Should possess a proven strategic leadership, management and decision-making skills and thorough commercial acumen.
> Working knowledge of contemporary people management issues is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Accountable for overall functioning of the business with respect to Market Share, Sales Value & Volume, Budgeted Profits,�
Talent management, Manufacturing output and Supply chain metrics.�
> Ensuring periodic review of performance within the Business against pre-agreed Targets / KRAs Indicators.
> Developing the Business Plan, Financial Budgets,Targets for the Business Unit.
