Job Description:
An insurance company has an urgent requirement for
a highly qualified Assistant Manager- Customer
Service for Commercial Lines to join their growing
team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be
directly reporting to the Customer Service Manager-
Commercial lines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Customer Service team to ensure
consistent, accurate and high quality customer
service and policy issuance for commercial lines
business, namely, Marine Cargo, Property,
Engineering, Liabilities and Financial Lines,
Marine Hull & Aviation etc.
• Monitor work allocation, ensure quality control,
liaise with various departments to meet customer
requirements and resolve issues, arrange management
reports and ensure that the department meets the
service level targets.
Qualification Requirements:
• MUST have a University degree and technical
qualifications such as AIII/ACII
• Excellent communication skills in English
• At least four to seven years of proven experience in
supervising operations or underwriting teams.
