A reputed construction company in Qatar requires Planning Engineer.
Job Requirements:
> A degree in Civil Engineering with specific training in project scheduling and related software such as Primavera., dBase 4 or equivalent.
> A degree in Civil Engineering with specific training in project scheduling and related software such as Primavera., dBase 4 or equivalent.
> Work experience of minimum 6 years of in construction and project planning is needed.
> Experience in large scale commercial, residential and industrial projects will be an advantage.
> Need skills in:-
• Cost control and scheduling.
• Project Management Information Systems.
• Project Scheduling and Tracking Software.
• Project Documentation Processes.
> Should be able for providing technical leadership in multi-disciplinary construction environment.
> Should possess excellent communication skills.
> Ability to work with a diverse, multi-cultural workforce.
> Transfer of Sponsorship is a must (NOC).
• Cost control and scheduling.

• Project Scheduling and Tracking Software.
• Project Documentation Processes.

Job Responsibilities:
> Preparation of Work Execution Program (Civil, MEP, and Architectural activities, cost and resource loaded & containing design, procurement, construction and commissioning part).
> Review, comment and approve all completion schedules prepared by the sub-contractors.
> Preparation, monitoring and updating the cost plan and cash flows in Primavera.
> Pan, implement and manage a data gathering system from the site execution team and sub-contractors within their responsibility for weekly progress follow-ups and schedule updates.
> Analyze material deliveries for the project and ensure that the correct relations and durations are reflected in the schedule for fabrication, transportation and deliveries, ensure that late material deliveries are reflected in the schedule
> Establish and implement the requirements for progress measurement and reporting, coordination of monthly and weekly progress reporting to Project Management and Client.
