The requirements of the job involve:
Post graduate or bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Ability to prepare financial reports
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications.
Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
Employee development and performance management skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Certification/Professional qualification
