CONSULTANT / ADVISOR (E3)

• To provide engineering advice, support & monitor the process related to on-going operational & development programs of the Directorate for optimum performance.
• Plans & develops major programs for an of effective delivery of Electricity Distribution services & other related facilities in a reliable & economic manner.
• Reviews & analyzes operating practices, such as operational systems, operations & manpower budgetary requirements & performance standards to create new systems & revise established procedures, if necessary.
• Advices the Director on the status of financial & human resources necessary to meet organizational requirements.
• Monitors the progress of plans of Electricity Distribution & ensures that the established objectives are met.


Qualification & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 6 years experience in the same field
