Job Details:
*The right candidate will Manage a small team of designers
*Work with important clients on high-end hotel fit out projects.
*Manage and run the material selection and approval process by sourcing the material samples, sourcing value engineering alternatives
*Drive the process with client’s representatives for submissions and approvals of materials
Requirements:
#Required Interior designer with minimum 7 years of experience (minimum 3 years in the UAE)
#Expertise in material specifications related to hotel fit out and FF&E items
#Ability to accomplish interior design of areas or elements as proposal to clients as alternative
#Ability to manage a small team of material coordinators
#Ability to manage and report on material approval process for multi-projects to management
