Job Description :Main Duties To work closely with the CEO and Finance Director, providing critical support in areas like:
•Preparation for Board meetings of Bank.
•Preparation for Central Bank meeting/ regulatory meetings.
• corporate presentation for prospective investors meetings, rating agency meetings, channel partners meeting etc., and continuous update of the same.
•Preparation for various knowledge sharing seminars participated by Bank.
•Preparation of press release/corporate communication contents for key events (like knowledge seminars, Quiz events, financial result’s announcement, etc.)
•Preparation of award nomination work(banking industry recognized awards like The Banker, Financial Times, Hawkamah Corporate Governance, etc.).
•Providing inputs on branding themes.
•Review of key projects progress, undertaken by various departments in the Bank, and providing necessary follow-up support.
•Assisting the Bank’s team in due-diligence reviews.
•Providing necessary follow-up mechanism, for the weekly critical ALCO, Investment, committee’s action points.
•Providing necessary research / technical support to bank.

-Ability to understand and comprehend Financial Institution’s financial performance, business models and related modus operandi. -Strong communication (oral and written) skills with very positive attitude. -Advanced Presentation Skills -Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Education PG - Chartered Accountant , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Finance )
