• University graduate of a qualified Finance/Accounting programme
• Minimum of 5 years graduate/post graduate experience, required
• Must be proficient in finance management, auditing, cost control, budgeting
• Extensive computer skills essential
• English speaking essential, bilingual English/Arabic advantage
