Job Description:
• Develop and promote the overall image of the bank.
• Work alongside advertising and sales managers to develop winning concepts that drive�
sales.
• Develop and execute plans and programmers for profitability of the product portfolio.
• Implement consumer advertising, brand awareness and public affairs programs to improve�brand image.
• Launch new products/services to enhance the value of all products, grow market share and�build profitability.
• Manage the overall annual marketing operating plan, including setting the annual marketing�and department budget.
• Lead the market research initiatives to understand market trends and customer needs, as�
well as setting key performance indicators (KPI) benchmarks.
Job Requirements:
• Preferably a post graduate degree/designation /MBA or relevant Marketing qualification.
• Ten years plus experience in marketing, of which at least three years of experience is required�within financial institutions in the Middle East region.
Our client is a leading regional commercial bank that is currently seeking to appoint a Head of�Marketing covering four areas of it’s business; retail, consumer, corporate and marketing to�be based in Saudi Arabia.
