We are urgently required for an experienced IT Service Desk Coordinator in UAE.
Job Details:
* Responsible for daily service desk functions, addressing all
incoming support requests via email, phone and ticketing portal.
* Prioritize the clients’ requests/incidents and assigns the ticket to
the appropriate engineer.
* Provide L1 support to clients’ technical issues.
* Schedule the engineers on-site visits to the clients’ offices.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
* Minimum two years experience in the same field.
* Good Level 1 troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
