Job description
• Checking the drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet the program deadline.
• Liaising with any consultants and/or sub contractors engaged in the project.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress; supervising the works and monitoring the site labor force.
• Monitoring the daily activity at site (receipt of incoming materials, installation and priority requirements on site).
• Overseeing quality control and safety matter on the site and ensuring that the regulations are adhere to.
Qualifications
Technical studies in Interior design, civil or Architecture
Knowledge in wood details, materials and finishing.
Possess time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with time restraints.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows Applications and AutoCAD
Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
