Job description
Support the hiring process for interviewing and on boarding and ensure resources target is to meet customer commitments and hub / region / operations objectives
Manage professional development (both technical and managerial), provide career coaching for FSEs and ensure FSEs Goal & Objectives are aligned with the company strategy
order to achieve successful completion of the assigned task with Integrity and EHS compliance
Interact with Regional Planning / Resources Management structure in order to cross-fulfil customer requirements
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineer Degree or equivalent
Good knowledge of Oil & Gas Equipments (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor, Auxiliary Systems)
Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills
Fluent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, strong analytic and problem solving skills
Strong PC experience with MS Office proficiency.
Good knowledge of English language
