We have an immediate requirement for a HR & Benefits Professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
Role & Responsibilities
The incumbent coordinates the day to day delivery of HR services to employees, administrative managers, Deans and Directors primarily relating to benefits administration, contract management and administration ensuring that benefits and contracts are administered in accordance with University policies and procedures in such a way as to promote a positive workplace culture and climate. Oversees the activities of junior staff. An eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Skills:
The Requirements
• Experience in the administration of expatriate benefits
• Exposure to HR outside Middle East/ Asia
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage, but not essential
Education:
• Must possess a University degree or equivalent professional qualification, ideally in HR or a related field and a minimum of five years experience in a similar position.
• High degree of computer competency using Oracle HRMS, email, Word, Excel, Power Point and Web based tools.
