Job description
Manage team delivering financial, supply chain, performance auditing, helpdesk service delivery and policy and procedures manuals and IT. - Conduct research, using primary and secondary sources to support documentation submitted and provide verification of findings. - Produce analytical and evaluative business cases on various functions performed or proposed by the contract. - Using own initiative, develop and establish effective methods of performance measurement, using a business information model as a platform for generating empirical data. - Formulate and produce any necessary documentation for the purposes of administering presentations to company’s internal and external customers. - Assist in introducing new key concepts to the business and sub-contractors, which retain our position at the forefront of developments in the contract. - Primarily responsible for administering all correspondence within the contract and sub-contracting service partners. - Regularly update and maintain all procedures and processes pertaining to the commercial department. - Analyse and report on the statistical data extracted from the incoming calls received by the helpdesks.
