Job Description:
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Draft new policies
Analyze and assess the need for new policies and procedures for MBC group, in areas identified by Management.
Review and enhance the effectiveness, operability, and consistency of existing policies and procedures, ensuring consistency with the overall strategic plan
Participate in the establishment and implementation of short- and long-range organizational goals and objectives as they relate to policies and operating procedures.
Research, evaluate and resolve policy requests.
OBJECTIVES:
Assist management to improve implementation and compliance
Proactively communicate sensitive policy information in a clear and effective manner to the management and employees, based on provisions, regulations and other related information.
Utilize established procedures to ensure accurate policy administration in accordance with provisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience of legal, ethical, operational, and systems requirements and conventions in area of expertise
Experience in developing and examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing strategies and procedures
Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Excellent written drafting skills in English
Education: Master's Degree
