Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, training and development, and employee relations. • Oversee the development, recommendation, and promotion of personnel policies and procedures and ensure its alignment with the organization’s business strategy. • Review and consolidate the overall performance of the Department. • Participate in the development of the organization’s objectives, establish and implement personnel philosophy and strategic plans in relation to employee programs and trends in human resources management; • Develop goals and objectives for the Human Resources Division, champion programs/projects for the Division and integrate its various functions to obtain maximum benefit through organization, training and leadership • Plan, recommend and promote, in collaboration with senior management, personnel policies and programs that support the organization’s business strategy; Ideal candidate would be with Bachelor’s or Masters degree with 7-10 years experience in HR. Need to possess managerial, strategic planning and organizational development skills with proven track record in managing multiple teams and cross-functional and cross-topical projects. Basic fiscal/budgetary experience would be an added advantage.
