They are extremely well established and have completed many luxurious, high-end hotel projects for some of the biggest brands in the industry in various high profile locations. An immediate opportunity currently exists for an experienced Resident Designer to join the team on an exclusive hotel Project in Dubai.
Skills and Experience Required
You will ideally have 10 years of experience working as a site based Resident Designer on large scale hospitality projects
You will have a degree in Interior Design or Architecture
You must have previous experience working on 5 Star hotel projects
You will have the ability to see a project through from concept to completion
You must be highly technically proficient with a good working knowledge of AutoCAD or a similar software package
You must have previous experience leading a team of interior designers
You must have the ability to run a site office and a good knowledge of documentation processes Previous experience working in the UAE will be considered highly advantageous
