Job description
• Responsible for product training (e-Ready Basic, e-Ready Advanced, e-Procurement) and Netsuite training to employees and clients, ensuring that course material is always up-to-date. • Update Netsuite and close cases following training delivery. • Maintain a database of clients employees trained and submit a report of training delivered on a weekly basis for compilation of departmental report. • Monitor and appropriately act on feedback of participants on effectiveness of training delivery. • Keep well-informed of any changes to Tejari’s products and services, to ensure these developments are effectively incorporated into training processes/material. • Contributes to identifying/ meeting internal training needs and takes responsibility for developing course materials that address these needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification and specialization in Training. • Minimum of 2 years experience in training • Sound understanding of business and organization functionality. • Strong understanding of training provision and best practices in the industry. • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
