Our client is a well-established company, active since 1975. Its main operations concern the manufacture, marketing, trade and sale of ceramic tiles and related products and services. They were among the first company to have produced ceramic floor tiles in the Middle East and remain one of the largest producers. Due to current expansion plans and the newly-opened branch in Qatar, they are currently seeking the services of an experienced and professional Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be required to supervise the HR department. This is a busy “hands-on” position and will require dedication, passion and drive. You must be educated to a degree level and have a minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the GCC, experience in the industry is not essential but desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory, as are strong MS Office skills.
