Job description
IT RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT The candidate is required to have minimum experience of 3 to 4 years with the skills of identifying appropriate resources for various positions in the area of Information Technology. The candidate should have very good working experience in an IT industry with the skills such as:
•Searching, Identifying appropriate resources on various online job portals, resume databases.
•Managing local databases of resumes.
•Gathering first hand information of resources, segregating resumes as required by project’s / client’s requirement.
•Screening Resumes, & Arranging Interviews
•Communicate with clients & resources
•Coordination till the completion of recruitment cycle / selection process.
