Key Competencies :
BSC in Computer Science or Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Science, Reservoir Engineering with minimum 12 years experience in E & P data, information and knowledge management activities and technical computing including at least 8 years of Project management and planning. Candidate must have excellent written and spoken English. Main Accountabilities: 1. Plan, direct and manage the development and establishment of EXPRIS Support, EXPRIS Application Support, Application Service domains strategies, tactics, targets, objectives, operations standards and procedures. Translate the required strategies into related major projects for the unit for the coming years into a business plan. 2. Perform managerial functions and exercise financial authority at the level established by management for the position. 3. Ensure, by appropriate monitoring and review, that work under this position control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. 4. Execute leadership responsibilities for the multi-skilled EXPRIS Support staff in the following ways: 5. Plan the manpower requirements for the EXPRIS user/Application Support/development domain. Supervise the identification of training needs and the establishment of job targets for all jobs under the positions. Ensure the proper execution of the set training plans and career development programs.
