• Someone who is able to implement and assess all policies and procedures in agreement with the top management.
• Carrying out the recruitment process including what it entails, such as salary scales, compensations and benefits.
• Ability to design, develop and implement an HR system compliant with the management’s vision.
• Previous experience in the academic sector would be preferred.
• Knowledge of HRMS is compulsory.
• Only bilingual (Arabic and English) candidates will be considered.
