Job Requirements :
> At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
> Strong experience in safety procedures required to prevent injury to men and assets.
> Strong experience in implementing loss prevention activities to all the project workers.
> Excellent knowledge with Saudi ARAMCO loss prevention requirements as outlined in Contract Schedule “D”.
> Candidates with experience in ARAMCO projects will get high preference.
Job Responsibilities :
> Lead the team in adhering to applicable safety and loss prevention policies.
> Develop and administer the safety program
> Review subcontractor safety programs for completeness and compliance with applicable policies.
> Conduct safety meetings.
> Maintain a log of each sub’s toolbox safety meetings held with their employees.
> Provide safety reports as required.
> Promote safe work practices and safe working conditions as per standards.
> Educate and advise project staff on safety guidelines and policies.
> Establish and conduct effective worker safety orientation program for every new employee for the project.
> Administer and record employee's participation in the orientation program.
> Issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
