Description:
1. Developing and maintaining relationship with one or more customer accounts
2. Identifying opportunities for business development
3. Proactively identifying and mitigating business risks associated with the account (s)
4. Proactively anticipating, preventing and resolving problems / issues in ongoing customer
deliverables through interactions and extensive involvement with Kale Delivery and customer teams
5. Managing customer escalations
6. Managing local relationships with key accounts
7. Ensuring timely invoicing and collection of receivables
8. Tracking SLAs and tracking competitive activity in the Accounts
9. Building references for Kale
10. Establishing account management process to deliver as per strategy resulting in
profitable growth of the account
11. Incubating new practices to create more value for the customer
12. Mentoring junior account managers in the organization
Other Requirements:
1. Arabic speaking must
2. Jeddah based preferable
3. Strong Account management skills from co.'s like Wipro Arabia, HCL, HP etc.
