QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT PLANNER

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 7 years experiences in contract
administration & procurement as well as Building MEP Services design & coordination. Experience in using Primavera System.
Good command of English. Responsibilities: Responsible for giving preliminary cost estimates for projects, evaluate tenders,
taking quantities from drawings & produce Bill of Materials/ Bill of Quantities for costing purposes during tendering stage.
To assist Project Manager/ Engineers in terms of Variation Claims & justification of cost with client consultants, sub-
contractors & suppliers. To review Bill of Quantity in Tender Documents/ Drawings and Terms & Conditions. To assist in cash
flow projection. Update and keeping track of changes in project plan. Candidates with UAE resident VISA & NOC may send their
