-Responsible for managing and supervising BAS airport terminal catering operations across the outlets and lounges.
-Ensure efficiency in operations by coordinating with various sections
within unit, receiving timely and accurate inputs from them and identifying process improvement initiatives.
-Daily planning of the requirements of the Terminal Catering and
ensuring availability of sufficient food and beverage stocks across outlets

Requirement:
•Must have a Secondary Education (12 years) .
•Hotel and Catering Management Diploma.
•Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Industrial/ Institutional Catering and/or hospitality industry in which 3 to 5 years in a managerial position.
•Basic Sales & Marketing skills are required.
•Valid Bahraini Driving license.
•Hotel and Catering Management Diploma.
