PRODUCTION ELECTRICAL ENGINEER  

JOB PROFILE: Production Electrical Engineer required for local company specializing in Switchgear Panels (LV,MCC, Synchronised Panels)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Responsible for the management and coordination of factory operations including machining, assembly, receiving, stores, and maintenance consistent to improve the facility’s overall performance. 

·         Responsible to deliver panel boards within the time limit

·         Responsible for following up with clients

·         Develop action plans to effectively organize and maximize the available  resources

·         Develop and update several team

·         Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding departmental performance

·         Attend meetings with main contractors, clients and other regulatory bodies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION:

·         5-7 years of experience in sales management

·         A degree in Electrical Engineering

·         Experience in electrical technical issues for panel boards

·         Good knowledge in Production of LV switchgear panels

·          Knowledge of production module in ERP systems

·          Strong focus on planning and execution of project orders

·         Good product knowledge of international brands

·          Experience of setting up of strong process

·         Knowledge of  Quality Control and up-to-date  manufacturing techniques

·         Some knowledge of Project Management will be desirable

·         Proven track record of ability to direct and manage several teams at the same time and under tight deadlines
