Ideal candidate must be familiar with the procedures for NOC application for DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and Etisalat. He must have a thorough knowledge in Primavera & Microsoft Project Programme and able to update and account for EOT on baseline programme and advantage. Experience in Dubai is an advantage.
