Job Description:

Backed by three large Saudi Industrial conglomerates, this highly regarded utilities and infrastructure organisation are seeking an individual to lead the implementation of the controls team. As one of the largest Energy and Infrastructure providers in the Middle East, their utilities support the majority of Saudi’s population and they are expanding to other countries in the Middle East.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will document the existing controls, identify the gaps, implement best practice controls where appropriate and continually test them. This will be implemented in the first instance in Riyadh then across the business units throughout the gulf.

Starting your career in an audit function, you will have several years experience reporting the controls. Thereafter you will have exposure to implementing the business and financial controls. It is likely you will have exposure to process re-engineering. You will be able to lead a team, choose a framework and implement best practice controls across several business units.
