JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

#BE Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, MRICS.

#Minimum 15 years of proven contract management experience.

#Should have worked for a reputed company as Contract Manager.

#Experience in FIDIC and JCT.

#Hands-on experience in Project and Contract Management, Estimation & Tendering, Cost Analysis & Control, Planning & Engineering, Procurement Dispute Resolution, Remediation, Claims & Arbitration of high valued High Rise Towers, Commercial Building Project etc.
