Job Description:

♦Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Public Health or other related field.
♦Preferable Master's degree in Quality and and Healthcare Management Certification.
♦Minimum 5 years working experience of recent clinical experience in a hospital settings of which two (2) years in a supervisory experience.
♦Experience in project management and quality improvement activities.
♦Ability to teach a multi-disciplinary team.
♦Knowledge of JCI, and other regulatory standards and the ability to interpret the standards.
