GENERAL COUNCIL
Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, your key responsibilities will be to manage and execute the duties and responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Department to ensure the legal well-being of the Company through compliance with regional and international practice. To advise executive management on all legal matters in order to safeguard the interests of the Company by ensuring the Company does not commit itself to any unfavorable obligations.
To be successful you will need:
Minimum of a post graduate low degree, preferably in air law or commercial law. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
15 years experience required in legal practice with experience in international air law at all levels and wide experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, rendering legal advice and dealing with claims and suits.
