You will be managing one 'Class A' building, focusing on tenant satisfaction and lease compliance to improve customer retention, decrease liabilities, increase leasing and profitability, decrease costs, and decrease management time requirements.
It is essential that you have previously managed a large commercial property.
Previous experience of managing negotiations and disputes.
You must be extremely hands on with the ability to be customer focused.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

- Strong organizational, communication, customer care and supervisor skills
