BAS Aircraft Engineering Training Center, the first in the region, provides EASA Part 147/66 Basic and Type training
The Manager Engineering Training is an opportunity to lead and develop this aspect of the company by taking on responsibility for growing the reputation of this innovation aviation business.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible FOR the management of an EA.SA Part 147 approved Technical Training Centre in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2, Develop and build upon the facets of the facility inducting recruitment of personnel and implementation of all Technical Training in accordance with the requirements of EASA and company policies.
3. Maintain the highest standards in all Training course for Aircraft Technicians. Engineers and Maintenance Certifying Staff etc.
4. Ensure that the Technical Training meets the needs of customers and requirements of approvals held.
5. Maintain relevant contacts with external institutions sub as Agencies. Civil Aviation Authorities, and Training Associations etc in the region.
Requirements:
1. Experience of Technical Training in the Aircraft industry is essential,
2. Bachelor degree or similar education in a Technical discipline or equivalent.
3. Experience in leadership and management functions.
4. Excellent interpersonal, social and communications skills as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
5. Good knowledge of EASA PART 145 and 147 requirements.
6. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
