A Family Office requires qualified Administrative Secretary


Responsibilities:
 

-  Arrange meetings and functions

- Sort and and respond incoming e mails / correspondence, screen telephone calls.

- Produce Presentation and liasise with colleagues and teams managing specific projects. .
- Diary Management

- Book travel and coordinate travel itineraries

- Attend meeting and take minutes

 


Skills Required:


 - A very high level of English proficiency is essential.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities.

- Accuracy and attention to details.

- Ability to be flexible with working hours when required
