Job Requirements:
- Dual Nationality required for Lebanese candidates.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business.
- Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
- 3 years relevant marketing program management and/or agency experience.
- Previous experience in the event and hospitality industries.
- Thorough understanding of marketing concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficient particularly with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in transferring complex information into clear and convincing graphs (infographics, prezi…).
- Dynamic and having excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good team player
Job Description:
- Customers management and servicing.
- Research: Developing and maintaining knowledge of the account and its business sector – Developing, through data collection, an in-depth knowledge about the account and the issues and programs that affect it, and maintaining current knowledge through account and industry monitoring.
- Facilitation: Serving as facilitator between the account and the selected suppliers for needed materials. E.g.: stand contractors, printing press, radio/video production, ushers and performance talents for events.
- Tactics: Action planning and problem solving. Working with the account to determine the causes of problems, identify effective solutions, and assist in the development of an action plan to achieve improved results.
- Marketing Mix, Activations, PR, loyalty programs, marketing materials, tie-ups, advertising/media, online and social media.
- Field Implementation: Content Creation – content should highlight a problem exists, it must be solved and we are the only solution / Call for Action.
- Managing Agencies – development of internal (other departments) and external (suppliers) projects and ensure the work is executed on time.
- Bring media attention to newsworthy activities through press releases, media kits and media tours.
- Outreach and education: Working with the account to encourage understanding and cooperation with regard to needed products and/or services
improvements.
