JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in an airline or an IATA approved travel agency
Must Possess IATA, Hotel or ticketing related qualifications
Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System
Handles ticket issuance, rebook and refund for group and business affiliates- Submits daily Sales Reports of cash and credit sales
Fluent in spoken & written English
Computer Skills (MS Office)
