Qualification Requirements:

= A graduate from an accredited university with a 
degree in Emergency, or Family, or Vocational, and 
or Internal Medicine

= Minimum three years of practical experience 
after graduation in Occupational Medicine

= It is mandatory that the candidate passes 
the Licensing board exam in the State of Qatar to 
be able to practice his profession

= Patients include labors and company employees 
only

= Preferable gender: Male

Job Responsibilities:

=Make recommendations to the employers about 
modifications in the working conditions

= Evaluate the fitness of workers and treat them

= Identify potential work hazards and schedule 
regular checkups with at-risk employees

= Determine which referrals are required based on 
examination and patient needs

= Determine level of urgency of follow-up, 
referral/ consultation appointments

= Prescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs to 
patients

= Document all services in patient medical record
