A leading International Investment Bank is looking for a Corporate Finance Vice President/Senior Analyst to build up its Financial Advisory team in Riyadh and expand its MENA coverage to support the origination and execution of new business. Job Responsibilities:�
• Formulating financial models and valuation analysis as well as creating client and firm marketing presentations.
• Craft detailed sales memo and management presentations outlining business strategy and assets, and coordinate process with selected buyers.
• Provide sell side M&A advisory: perform comprehensive due-diligence, develop financial models to project expansionary opportunities.
• Perform in-depth evaluation and participate in the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions in the Middle East (IPOs, rights issues and private placements).
• Advice the client’s management on valuation, process and due diligence to ensure the process moves smoothly towards closure (buyside and sellside).
Qualification Requirements:
• At least three to five years (for Senior Analyst) and seven to ten years (for VP level) of solid execution experience from a leading investment bank with a proven track record within Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and/or leveraged finance or capital markets.
• An exceptional academic record with degree from a leading university, preferably MBA or CFA.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Consolidated international work experience with a regional deal sheet is preferred
