JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a regional investment bank based in Saudi.

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance (from a reputed university).

• At least 4 years of experience in Saudi investment Banking or Private equity.

• Strong English and Arabic knowledge.

• Exceptional modeling skills.

Responsibilities:

-Support senior bankers to originate new deals.

-Execution and origination of M&A, ECM & DCM transactions.

-Provide exceptional product knowledge and service delivery to Saudi clients.

-Build strong business relationships with senior decision makers across local, regional and international corporates.
