JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Structured Products / Sukuk/ Big 4 Consultancy/TAS in the GCC.

• Strong numerical and Analytical skills as well as excellent financial modeling skills.

• Must be an Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of business development presentations (pitches).

• Strong focus on financial modeling and company valuations (transaction multiples /comparables, DCF).

• Day-to-day management of originating and execution of deals (providing analytical and project management support, due diligence, marketing documentation)
