Job Description:

= B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.

= Knowledge of UAE legislation HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, 
OLM & HR Intelligence, Self Service (SSHR) preferred.

= Knowledge of PL/SQL and XML along with 
development & support of fast formulas, SIT & forms 
personalization.

= Completed minimum two to three complete 
Oracle R12 HCM full life cycle implementations. 

= Should have minimum more than five years of hands on experience 
in following Oracle modules: Oracle core HR, Payroll, OLM.

= Strong verbal & written communication skills.
