1- Years of experience

a. 3+ yrs in practical engineering and Application development

b. 2+years in a consulting role for external clients

2- Certificates required

a. Bachelor degree from a well known accredited university

b. Microsoft .Net 2.0/3.0/3.5 Expert

c. Microsoft Office Sharepoint server (MOSS2007)

d. Microsoft (MCSE 2004 with MCDBA), and Visual Studio 2005/2008

3- Experience in application development on .net framework

4- Experience in Oracle database and MS SQL.
