The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As a pivotal member of the Management Team, you will design, implement and continuously upgrade ERP systems across various manufacturing companies according to the requirements of processes in a manufacturing environment.
You shall possess technical and functional knowledge in any ERP application platform, preferably SAP You should be able to study the legacy system, do a gap analysis with Tier I ERP Systems and should be able to strategize and implement the most suitable system from the start-up independently in a manufacturing environment.
You should have successfully implemented ERP for at least 2 Medium Scale Manufacturing Units independently.
Possessing an Engineering Degree will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years experience of which 3 years having headed and implementing EAP independently in a manufacturing Organization.
Excellent communication and man-management skills are mandatory for this position.
