Job description
1.To study and manage projects.
2.To supervise the preparation of all shop drawings for load-bearing wall structures and conventional precast structures.
3. To calculate project costs.
4. To coordinate with Consultants for approval of shop drawings.
5. To supervise factory operation and casting of precast elements whether prestressed or non-prestressed steel reinforced.
6. To supervise construction/erection works on site according to the approved drawings, method statements & specifications
7. To coordinate with Consultants for inspection of work stages according to method statement after being inspected internally by quality control manager.
Qualifications
civil engineer
Very good experience in development of shop drawings.
10 years of experience with first grade contracting companies & preferable to be in precast concrete construction projects.
Very Good managerial skills.
Very Good AutoCAD / Staad / robot Skills (Engineering Drafting).
Very Good English commands.
