Supervising and planning various costing/ budgeting activities of all projects and performing cost analysis to advise on necessary actions. Monitoring the expenditures of all projects and identifying potential ways to balance the expenditure of financial resources, as well as tracking financial transactions and preparing reports as requiredAssisting in planning, analysis and developing the cost budget of projects.
Qualifications
B.Sc in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Twelve years preparing and analysis of construction schedules using Primavera Enterprise and Primavera Contract Manager. Professional knowledge in project costing and control. Knowledge in financial planning and analysis. Knowledge in standards and costs of material used in construction. Communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Planning and organizing skills. Coordination and follow up skills. Accuracy. Ability to track and analyze detailed information
