Who responsible for:
-Communicate and cultivate training and career development of your employees.
-Keep information confidential.
-Liaise, Manage and monitor the sites and monitoring the work of any contractors, subcontractors or professionals involved in the projects
-Develop safety at work measures and ensure the safe usages of the equipments are in place by distributing the manuals.
-Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress and set deadlines as needed.
-Maintain always an approved suppliers / contractors list
-Deliver all necessary support in order to exceed Company objectives.
-Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget
Skills:
- Negotiation skills
- Familiar with Restaurants business and equipments
- Ability to handle work pressure
- Ability to deliver sites on time
